Technical Support Engineer

Assist Support Team members in the resolution of CITRIX trouble tickets. Lead learning / cross training sessions for support team in the areas of CITRIX Presentation Server. Assist support team members with migration of users, data, and applications to the CITRIX operating environment. Identifies the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution. Analyzes and evaluates alternative technology solutions. Ensures the integration of all aspects of technology solutions. Monitors industry trends and provides information, direction and support for emerging technologies. Performs impact analysis of technology changes. Provides support to application and/or technical support teams in the proper application of existing infrastructure. Reviews application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements. The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience with MS Windows 2003 in a Support and Configuration Role. Minimum of 2 years experience with Active Directory in a Support and Configuration Role. Minimum of 2 years experience in a secure managed enterprise LAN/WAN environment. Minimum of 2 years experience with CITRIX Presentation Server in a Support and Configuration Role.
