Read and interpret business requirements for the purpose of design custom components or custom forms/screens; Using Microsoft Visio, create the class diagrams and sequence diagrams for custom built components; Using Visual Studio .NET, design and implement ASP.NET Web Forms that are part of the UI layer for all the other teams; Using Visual Studio .NET, build and test VB.NET code; Using Visual Studio .NET, build and test Web Services; Design and implement code that is part of the business layer using VB.NET; Design and implement code that is part of the data layer using VB.NET and existing custom developed services; Integrate new code with the existing custom framework developed in previous releases; Use Visual Source Safe effectively;Use NDoc and VBCommenter to document custom developed code; Participate in code reviews and code walkthroughs.
